1. (우연히) 부딪쳤다

     → 길에서 그를 우연히 마주쳤어.
2. (살짝) 찧었다, 부딪혔다

     → 문에 머리를 부딪쳤어.
3. (등급이나 순서를) 올리다

So that the person you're congratulating will feel the sincerity that you're happy for them. Alright? Do not sound like a robot. Because that would sound very rude to the other person. Okay? Okay. So you should sound joyful.
